Preferred Requirements 5+ years of proven experience as a Site Manager in Commercial Construction, specifically in residential apartments. Possess sound knowledge of Workplace Health, Safety, and Environmental protocols on construction sites. Exemplary communication and organisational skills for managing complex projects and diverse teams. Demonstrated ability to lead subcontractors and suppliers effectively, ensuring top-notch project execution. Proactive, solutions-focused approach to troubleshooting and resolving on-site challenges. Preferred Qualifications Formal trade qualification and/or training in commercial construction. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ethical professional conduct.
