About the Company
Design and Build are partnered with a premier building contractor with an excellent reputation for the delivery of commercial construction in the ACT and NSW.


About the role 
You will join the local Canberra team as Senior Site Manager on a $100m government project in a hands on role working closely with the Senior Project Manager and ACT Manager.
You will be responsible for the planning, management and coordination of all site related activities on the project.


About you
We are looking for an expeirence Site/Construction Manager with roughly 10 years experience with Structures Construction experience.
Experience in organising construction works and delivering quality results safely, on time and within budget across both structure and fit out worksAbility to accurately read and interpret plans and specificationsExpertise in coordinating trades, subcontractors, construction plant & equipment and materials Thorough understanding of programming and proven ability to achieve project deadlinesAbility to build professional and productive relationships with stakeholdersYou will receive support to ensure the successful completion of the project along with longer term career prospects.
