Senior Site Manager-Housing

SLH Consult are partnering our client a bespoke house builder who are looking to appoint a seasoned and experience housing Site/Snr Site Manager for a new site based within Birmingham.
The successful candidate will require a minimum of 5-10 years previous experience working as a Site/Snr Site Manager on new build private housing projects and have the experience of building both traditional build and timber framed houses and apartments, with a particular focus on quality and attention to detail, you must be able to manage existing relationships with subcontractors and internal management team working in a non PLC environment.
You will be focused on delivering quality new build dwellings and ideally will have achieved an NHBC award or similar, or aspiring to achieve an award, you will have a proven track record that shows longevity and delivery in previous positions held, have all relevant qualifications including SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid etc
