Your new role with Bendigo Bank is just a few clicks away. As our Servicing Officer , you will bring your keen relationship building skills to provide advice and administrative assistance to the Consumer Network and Third-Party customers and internal departments, ensuring that transactions are processed through the banking system in accordance with legislative requirements as well as relevant Policy & Procedures.
You will undertake administrative functions to provide information to enable the Bank's legal requirements to be met in areas such as subpoenas, requests from Financial Crimes, Garnishee Orders, Government & ASIC Notices, Trust Accounts, etc., along with providing archived customer statements, loading direct debits, card maintenance, and other associated tasks.
Servicing work with Government Agencies, Solicitors, and other Agencies upon request, ensuring information is provided in accordance with legislative requirements.
As our new Servicing Officer, you will bring the following skills: Experience in a customer service/processing centre, administration functions. RFS experience preferred or experience with a similar loan system. Sound communication and relationship building skills. Proactive, innovative and prepared to go the extra mile to deliver exceptional customer service. A working knowledge of legal requirements as well as relevant Bank Policies and Procedures in relation to the release of information to external bodies such as ASIC, Solicitors, State Trustees, and Government Agencies preferred. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise. Able to work effectively in a team environment or autonomously. Ability to prioritise, monitor, and organise workflows. Knowledge of the National Credit Code and Code of Banking Practice is preferred. We offer flexible work options that put our people first, including a hybrid model with a minimum of 2 days in a local Head Office per week. This role is a PART TIME (0.8), permanent role, based at any of our Head Office locations.
