You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing advanced ServiceNow applications and reporting solutions to meet the evolving needs of our customer organisation.
This permanent ongoing role offers a hybrid working environment, allowing you to split your time between the office and home. Within a broader national SIAM delivery framework in the Federal Government sector, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative reporting solutions and drive continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, focusing on functional and technical requirements documentation for reporting solutions and ensuring alignment with data standards.Perform system integrations between ServiceNow and external reporting tools, maintaining data integrity and seamless operations while conducting thorough testing and debugging for high-quality deliverables.Provide ongoing support and enhancements, designing and building process and data flows, and ensuring robust documentation and support for reporting solutions.ABOUT YOUCommitted to mentoring others, you thrive in a team environment and share your knowledge in report and dashboard development, as well as collaboration amongst Change, Problem, and Incident processes, ensuring best practices throughout the toolset development lifecycle.
