We have a long heritage of bringing innovation and expertise, continuously working to contribute to the growth of society and our customers.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking experienced Senior ServiceNow Developers to join our team and assist the ASK (Assistance and Service Kiosk)/ServiceNow Technical Lead in delivering key platform solutions for the 2024-2025 financial year work plan. These roles will also involve providing platform support, developing solutions, and offering advice for the configuration, development, and maintenance of the Enterprises Service Management and Workflow Automation Platform, ASK.The role is set to start on 06 January 2025, with an initial contract duration of 6 months. The position is based in the ACT and requires on-site work from Monday to Friday, with full-time hours of up to 40 hours per week. A Negative Vetting Level 1 (NV1) security clearance is required for this role.RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIESDevelop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform to meet business requirements.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and address business needs.Explore and test ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities before considering custom builds.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code (JavaScript).Conduct code reviews and quality control to ensure maximum efficiency.Develop scoped applications, workflows, and other UI elements for custom solutions and enhancements.Provide guidance and expertise to support platform growth and development.Conduct demonstrations and presentations of ServiceNow solutions to business teams and stakeholders.Debug technical issues and develop innovative solutions.Produce and execute test cases to maintain software quality.Document code and application functionality, including drafting Functional Design Specifications.Stay updated on emerging ServiceNow trends and technologies.Transfer knowledge to team members on ServiceNow administration and development.REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCEEssential Criteria3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.Proven ability to develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow to fit business needs.Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize requirements.Ability to explore and leverage ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities before custom builds.Skilled in presenting ServiceNow solutions to business teams and stakeholders.Desirable CriteriaServiceNow CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) or higher.Experience with Agile or Waterfall software development methodologies.Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM processes.Experience with ServiceNow Procurement applications and workflow development.Expertise in ServiceNow out-of-the-box application configuration, particularly SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).Why Fujitsu?We are an organization with a strong set of values and a history of respecting fairness and equality, whilst promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
