As a Service Technician, you will be a key member of the Crosscom Technical Services team and be hands-on with clients across industry sectors, understanding their needs and requirements, therefore setting them up for success. You will work around servicing and maintenance on both new and existing clients, being an SME on the Crosscom technology and best positioned to consult on the utilisation, optimisation, making productive recommendations and assisting the business development goals of CSE Crosscom.
What we are looking for: Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Certifications in Electronics & Communications, RF engineering or related field. Previous experience working in a client-facing environment in either Radio, Wireless IP Networking or Microwave technology (Analogue, P25 & DMR experience highly favorable). Experience in a Technician/Service based role, with a track record of high-level customer service. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly communicate to all levels of business. Exceptional critical thinking, problem solving, fault finding and decision making around client's needs to provide expert solutions in sometimes time-critical circumstances.
