Senior Service Technician – HVAC – Melbourne Our client, an internationally renowned tier one company, is expanding its business.
This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for a Senior HVAC Service Technician that has an ambition to build and develop their career into a managerial position.
The primary purpose of this Customer Service position is to deliver professional on-site repair and maintenance services on HVAC and control systems for the commercial and residential customer base.
If successful in the role, you will be responsible for building a division, hiring, managing, and mentoring additional Service Technicians, and expanding the Customer Service Division.
The management role will encompass the development of customer relations, implementation of policies, procedures, service methodology, and quality assurance programs.
