ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We're on the lookout for a talented Senior Service Desk Technician to join the Kinetic IT crew, possessing skilled & experienced technical knowledge to support the diverse customer site directly.
This is a Permanent Full-time role, based in the heart of Melbourne CBD - we are also able to offer some flexibility of working in office and home (WFH) throughout your week.
Being a confident resolver, you can work effectively across a wide range IT-related issues and requests whilst playing an important part in delivering Kinetic IT's award-winning customer service.

Delivering of a high-level of customer service, involved across face to face and remote supportPrioritising requests, with strong documentation skills into ticket resolutionSharing lessons learned and process improvements with your wider national teamConducting yourself confidently under pressure, escalating to cross functional teams as requiredKEEN TO GET INVOLVED? YOU'LL JUST NEED SOME OF THE FOLLOWING: Prior experience in an IT Service Desk/Customer Technical Support environmentAbility to work in a 24/7 shifted environmentThe ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes accuratelyAbility to work independently and within a teamFull Australian working rights required.Don't meet every requirement?
