Permanent, full-time position Location: 242 Exhibition Street, Melbourne Position Overview An exciting and challenging opportunity that will suit a seasoned service desk professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This position provides additional triaging capability for the Service Desk team, assisting with level-1 IT issues while also supporting Grade 4 Specialists with level 2 issues. This role is required to develop skills and capability in level 2 IT issues to offer increasing support to the team.
The role services the organization across Windows 10/11, Office365, Exchange Online, Intune, OneDrive, iOS devices, CRM applications, as well as infrastructure functions.
