We only hire the best people and are looking for an exceptional IT professional with a deep understanding of both Managed Services and the needs of mid-tier clients.RoleIn this role you will:Provide ad hoc and contract onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to our customers across Sydney.Be involved in support and project work to deploy solutions.Install and configure Servers, Networking, and other IT equipment.Be exposed to account management, VOIP, technical presales, and other areas.Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems, and software.Minimum RequirementsThe ideal candidate will possess:Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure, and Office 365 environments coupled with generalist networking skills.Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner.Great attention to detail and time management skills.Strong experience working within IT.Must have a vehicle and full driver's license.
