Senior Service Desk Engineer (Contractor)

Role In this role you will:
Provide ad hoc and contract onsite desktop and IT infrastructure support to our customers across Sydney. Be involved in support and project work to deploy solutions. Experience opportunities to install and configure Servers, Networking and other IT equipment. Be exposed to account management, VOIP, technical presales, and other areas. Work across technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, backup systems and software. Requirements The ideal candidate will have:
Solid knowledge of Microsoft AD, Exchange, Azure and Office 365 environments coupled with generalist networking skills. Excellent written and spoken English, with a great phone manner. Great attention to detail and time management skills. Strong experience working with inside IT. Must have vehicle and full driver's license (Mandatory). Why Join Us?
