The Opportunity: The Senior Service Designer is a max term position (until June 30 2025) and sits within the Product Strategy & Innovation team within AP+ which drives product research, proposition development and product design, as well as innovation, across much of our business.
This role will see you deliver consistent customer experiences across all products, drive innovation, and work closely with Product, Technology, and Commercial teams to bring ideas to life and solve meaningful problems for our members and the payments industry.
To be successful in the position you'll take a leading role in product research, workshop facilitation, service blueprint mapping and strategic report writing.
You will need to be a strong service designer that has the ability to break down the complexity of the processes, stakeholder interactions and required technology to deliver essential payment products and services.
The capabilities we're seeking are: Robust experience working in a Senior service design and research role.Proven leadership experience where you have been responsible for delivering best in class work.Deep experience conducting research, expert interviews, customer journey mapping and service blueprinting.Ability to align customer experience with the processes and systems that are required to deliver the service.Experience planning and facilitating large workshops with diverse stakeholders and multi-disciplinary teams.Influencing stakeholder attitudes, decisions, and actions for mutual benefit.Important note about role level: This is a senior level role.
We are looking for someone that has the ability and ambition to be hands on and own and deliver their work.
It is not a leadership position.
There will not be an expectation for you to do any people leadership in this role.
