About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Service Designer

to join our team at PARK Senior Villas Chandler. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for designing end-to-end service experiences that meet the needs of our customers.Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement service design strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfactionLead the design of customer journeys and experiences across multiple touchpointsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovationConduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and measure the effectiveness of service design solutionsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for service design initiativesRequirements

5+ years of experience in service design or a related fieldProven track record of designing and delivering successful service design projectsStrong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologiesExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Qualifications

Experience working in the healthcare or government sectorsKnowledge of design thinking principles and methodologiesExperience with service design tools and softwareAbility to communicate complex design concepts to non-design stakeholdersWhat We Offer
