As a Senior Service Advisor at Patterson Cheney Toyota, you will join an employer of choice, expanding business, supporting a high-volume department.
About the role: Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for the following:
Working within Patterson Cheney policies, guidelines and standards Scheduling customer service repair orders, obtaining a clear brief from the customer as to any issues Maintain processes throughout the service department Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders Be transparent and honest with the customer with estimated completion times and provide updates as required Ensuring the customers' expectations are exceeded throughout the experience Providing support to other service advisors Assisting Workshop Manager in resolving any customer-related concerns About you: Previous experience in a similar role in an automotive dealership Exceptional customer service skills Strong communication skills - both written and verbal Sound organisational skills and time management Demonstrated ability to mentor and coach staff Ability to neutralise conflict Strong focus on CSI and positive customer experiences What's in it for YOU?
