Join our Landrover, Ford, Honda and LDV Customer Support team and assist our customers through the process of having their cars serviced or repaired.
This role, commonly called a Service Advisor, is the face of our service centre. Your professional and empathetic approach to our customers' needs sets the tone for their experience.
Collaborating with a dedicated team of workshop professionals, you'll guide the customer through the process from start to finish, utilising your exceptional communication skills to keep them informed throughout.
This role involves:
Hands-on participation in all facets of our customers' Service experienceWe provide drive-way service, so your morning will see you up and about, greeting our customers as they arrive.Scheduling service appointments and managing customer walk-ins, with an understanding of the workflow through the service workshop.Creating, costing and closing repair orders in a timely manner.Maintaining a strong working relationship with customers, and our internal team: workshop technicians, warranty administrators, and parts interpreters.Adapting your approach based on the situation. We work with standard services, warranty claims, insurance claims, fleet vehicles, and more. Tailoring your approach to the situation and the customer is necessary to achieve success.About you: 3+ years experience in Service Advising within the automotive industry or a fast-paced service-based environment.Strong communication skills - written and verbal.A friendly and professional approach to both customers and co-workers.Initiative, adaptability & a solution-focused mindset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
