We strive to be the best specialist SEO agency in Australia, not the biggest.  About the role The Senior SEO Specialist role requires a motivated individual who is passionate about SEO and can manage strategic direction, communication, research and market analysis, technical audits, on-page, and more across a number of complex campaigns.
The role will also require working closely with the Technical, Client Success, and Content teams.
In working with a boutique specialist agency, there will be opportunities for career progression including a potential management position, and direct access to a team of experienced SEO professionals for guidance and ongoing support.
The SEO Specialist role will entail:      Managing a number of top tier clients Setting SEO campaign deliverables and strategy in line with client objectives Conducting reporting and data analysis, including identifying trends and patterns in website traffic and user behaviour Performing advanced keyword research and analysis, competitor analysis, content gap analysis, market analysis, and website audits Excellent communication both in person and online with clients Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in SEO and adjusting strategies where necessary Utilising SEO tools such as AHREFS, SEMRush, Screaming Frog, Google My Business, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console Managing deliverables in Asana Training and supporting team members where required Requirements 4+ years of agency experience in a similar role  A thorough understanding of SEO best practices, including keyword research, technical SEO, on-page optimisation, and off-page optimisation Advanced working knowledge of SEO tools including SEMrush, AHREFs, Screaming Frog Excellent knowledge of GA, GSC Highly organised and process-driven Asana and Hubspot experience an advantage  Experience leading teams an advantage Ability to build rapport with clients, and develop long-term trusting relationships Is customer-service driven, with the want to go above and beyond to exceed client expectations Clear-spoken English and excellent communicator both via email and verbal Excellent time management skills with an ability to work autonomously  Benefits A fun working environment close to the city Career progression Hybrid role including office and WFH Regular salary reviews Brand new pet-friendly office with great amenities Opportunity to work from our Bali office
