Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence Specialist to join their existing core Cyber team. In this role, you will enhance the cyber security threat response capabilities, manage, and deploy advanced security technologies, and provide expert advice on cyber threats.
Key Responsibilities:
Enhance and maintain cyber security threat response capabilities and standards.
Deploy, manage, and automate network detection & response technologies.
Monitor and improve security technology stacks (e.g., SIEM, DLP, EDR, Splunk).
Conduct cyber threat research and threat hunt activities.
Provide expert advice, training, and countermeasure recommendations to business stakeholders of all levels.
Collaborate on security events and incident resolution.
Develop and manage cyber security programs.
Participate in performance planning, training, and safety initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
Prior experience in a Cyber Security Threat Intelligence role.
Strong understanding of Risk Management and Cyber Security Kill Chains.
Experience with MITRE ATT&CK Framework.
Extensive experience with Splunk and Network Security.
Skills in Threat Hunting, Penetration Testing or Incident Response.
Experience in Red teaming or AppSec would be an added advantage.
