Major State Government Organization is looking for a Senior Scrum Master Your new company You will be part of a well-established state government organisation responsible for the state's education system. Your new role As a Senior Scrum Master: Execution of consistent agile project methodology, enabling relentless improvement and purpose-driven culture. Continuously evolve Agile delivery model to improve our speed to market, customer focus, transparency, and team engagement and enable a high-performing Agile delivery culture. Facilitate planning activities and drive an actionable set of performance criteria and success metrics for delivery, including lead time, velocity, predictability, and engagement. Contribute to a strong Agile Community of Practice and build re-usable artefacts like the agile playbook and associated delivery guidelines. Lead delivery squads, enabling continuous quality delivery of business outcomes within the portfolio/platform Provide support to scrum masters using a servant leadership style, leading by example, and personifying Agility within the portfolio/ platform. Remove impediments by identifying the relevant people to assist with each scenario and facilitate discussions, decision making, and conflict resolution.
