As a Scrum Master in our award-winning Deloitte Digital team, you will be working at the centre of our most innovative, challenging, and complex projects.
About the role A Scrum Master is a servant-leader to agile delivery teams.
They bring theory into practice and help teams deliver successfully by applying and adapting agile principles, facilitating team collaboration and keeping them focused on delivering value.
As a Scrum Master , you will be responsible for: Supporting the delivery of high quality, innovative, digital solutions that meet the needs of our clients and their customers Lead agile ceremonies and coach the team on agile practices Support the Product Owner in prioritizing tasks and managing the product backlog Oversee project planning, progress tracking, and risk resolution Collaborate with business, technical, and client teams to ensure high-quality delivery Facilitate client understanding of agile principles Work with a diverse team to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations Coaching team members on agile delivery practises and techniques, ensuring that they understand agile theory and helping them practically apply these to their daily tasks Leading fun and interactive workshops with clients and team members to introduce agile delivery concepts Improving clients' understanding of agile, coaching them on the benefits of agile delivery and helping them understand how to support agile delivery teams in their organisation Supporting Business and User Experience Analysts by participating in workshops and interviews to explore business processes, and elicit gaps, requirements and opportunities Supporting the Product Owner to execute acceptance tests for features delivered by the team Working in teams of diverse and freakishly talented individuals, adding your capabilities to theirs to deliver outcomes that exceed client expectations.
About you You have a deep understanding of your clients, walking in their shoes and speaking their language.
Your ability to work closely with clients and clearly articulate what success looks like for customers, partners, and employees is one of your standout qualities.
You care deeply about solutions and can communicate in an honest and professional manner.
