This opportunity offers the chance to support a dynamic manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient planning and scheduling for both production and equipment maintenance.The AppointmentYou will be integral to driving operational success by aligning resources and timelines with production demands while maintaining equipment readiness. This role's focus is between strategic planning and hands-on execution, ensuring seamless operations.Leverage D365 Production, Master Planning, and Scheduling Modules to develop 6-8 week production plans, optimising machine capacity, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.Create and maintain detailed weekly production schedules tailored to specific production areas.Analyse performance metrics to monitor planning and scheduling efficiency, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.Manage stock cycles, reconcile inventory, and maintain raw material levels to ensure a seamless production flow.Contribute to business improvement initiatives, including supporting the installation of new projects and streamlining processes.The Appointee:You'll thrive in this role if you have:Extensive experience in planning and scheduling, ideally within manufacturing.Highly experienced in D365 - Production, Master Planning, and Scheduling Modules (a must).Strong communication skills to effectively influence stakeholders at all levels.Sharp analytical abilities to track metrics and pinpoint improvement opportunities.Strong ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales representatives, warehouse teams, and dispatch planners.Further Information:Australian owned with an international success story.Office based role with free onsite parking.Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm.Long-term career opportunity in this varied role.Start date, early January 2025.If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have the skills to streamline operations while driving business improvements, we invite you to click on the "Quick Apply" button today!For more information contact Courtney Garrett:****** or 0419 945 298
