We are looking for a Senior Scheduler to join our client in a permanent or long-term fixed-term capacity.In this role, the Senior Scheduler would be coming into the early stages of a large scale transformation covering most areas of the IT lifecycle. You will be helping a vastly experienced Director of EPMO lay the foundations and design the structure for the future EPMO work, collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project schedules for large-scale, technology-driven transformation projects.Ensure alignment of schedules with project milestones, identifying risks and proactively mitigating delays.Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project timelines are realistic and achievable.Lead the scheduling and planning process for multiple technology transformation projects, including an ERP implementation, a CRM upgrade, Cloud and data migrations.Help schedule and design the future state of the EPMO for the organisation.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience in senior-level scheduling, in large-scale, technology-driven transformation projects.Strong expertise in using MS Project to create, manage, and track detailed project schedules.Experience as a Senior Scheduler across digital or technology driven transformations.A proactive, positive can-do attitude, with an ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex scheduling information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.If this opportunity sounds like you, please reach out now for a confidential discussion.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years experience do you have as a Scheduler in IT Projects?
