Job Description Turner & Townsend  is seeking a  Senior   Construction Scheduler  to work with our team and a leading technology client to manage Scheduling on a large-scale data center construction program.
The ideal candidate should have an excellent understanding of scheduling best practices, resource & cost loaded scheduling, overall construction project controls as well as the interpersonal skills to be able to work closely with the internal stakeholders of the project team on a daily basis.
The Scheduler will take responsibility for end to end service delivery and to act as key, day to day client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added service.
To be successful in this role you must have great communication skills and be comfortable operating in a client-facing role.
Responsibilities: Provide scheduling services across diverse Building projects.
Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor's programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices.
Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients.
Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays.
Conduct delay analysis and issue reports.
Collaborate with multiple client-side stakeholders to understand their inputs and deliverables during the project and create an Integrated Master Works Program including all these dependencies linked to Main Contractors program.
Qualifications Tertiary degree, preferably in one of the following disciplines - Engineering, Construction, Building or Project Management or equivalent experience.
Minimum 8 years' experience as a Scheduler / Planner on Building projects.
Proficient in MS Project and Primavera P6.
Candidates with prior on-site working experience on construction projects will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end project processes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
