Senior Sap Systems Analyst

SENIOR SYSTEMS ANALYST - SAP
AUSTRALIAN CITIZENS ONLY
Initial contract duration: 12 months
Extension term: 2 x 12 months
We are working with a large federal government agency based in Brisbane.
The Systems Analyst Professionals design, create, evaluate, and document ICT solutions in new and existing ICT systems.
They may propose modifications to the existing systems and processes or design new systems to meet user needs as expressed in requirements documentation or user stories.
Senior Systems Analysts are responsible for translating business needs into ICT system requirements and specifications for enhancements.
This includes designing, analyzing, and documenting software systems to meet business expectations.
They are responsible for writing functional specifications from the business requirements.
Key duties may include, but are not limited to:
Perform detailed analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements.
Create solution designs and implement solutions to meet business needs.
Create and maintain solution documents.
Support daily operations and monitor performance of business solutions.
Adhere to delivery and support methodologies and contribute ideas for improvement.
Perform detailed technical application assessments considering feasibility, resource effort, risks, and benefits.

Primary Knowledge/Skills/Systems/Tools required for the role include:
Experience with SAP.

Mandatory Criteria:
Demonstrated experience of a minimum of two (2) years working as a SAP Technical Analyst in a large-scale SAP Australian Public Sector environment or similar.
