As a Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant in Managed Services, you will provide functional expertise, guidance, and instructions to customers on SuccessFactors' products, with a specific focus on the SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite, including Recruitment, Marketing, Performance and Goals Management, Onboarding and CDP modules. Essential Functions Develop a deep understanding of clients' business requirements and objectives; configure systems to meet client needs. Create and deliver high-quality demonstrations and presentations to clients on SuccessFactors' products .#L1-SL1 Assist in developing training materials and conduct client training sessions. Troubleshoot and resolve assigned system defects. Ensure quality control of consultant configurations to meet client deliverables. Collaborate with project managers to maintain project work within budget. Adhere to software implementation standards and best practices. Participate in weekly internal team meetings. Enhance knowledge of modules and best practices. Accurately track and report time and expenses. Coach junior consultants on project implementation. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or Business. Professional SuccessFactors module certifications in two or more modules. 5 years of SuccessFactors consultant experience. 3-5 years of Human Resource business experience or familiarity with key Human Resources concepts. Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment, Marketing and Onboarding modules. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) Technology expertise with business acumen for effective system consulting. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products. Analytical and solutions-oriented mindset. Ability to build relationships with clients and peers, inspiring and motivating others. Team and independent work capability. Strong organizational, planning, and management skills. Excellent presentation and meeting facilitation skills. Superior written and oral communication skills.
