The Senior Salesforce Consultant will be responsible for delivering high-impact Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical requirements. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce products, with preferred experience in Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio. The consultant will lead discovery workshops, design sessions, and implementation phases, ensuring that the solutions are scalable, sustainable, and meet industry best practices. Additionally, the Senior Salesforce Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide leadership, and guide clients through the entire project lifecycle, from solution design to post-launch support.
Roles & Responsibilities Consulting Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio. Conduct client workshops and discovery sessions to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and provide expert advice on Salesforce best practices. Develop scalable and sustainable solutions that align with client needs and Salesforce platform capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, guiding development teams in delivering high-quality solutions. Review and validate solution designs to ensure technical feasibility, best practices, and adherence to client objectives. Business Development/Leadership/Strategy Support pre-sales activities by presenting Salesforce solutions, preparing detailed proposals, and providing technical input during RFP processes. Contribute to the development of the Salesforce consulting practice, including identifying new service offerings and developing implementation methodologies. Collaborate with leadership on strategic initiatives, offering insights into product capabilities and emerging trends within the Salesforce ecosystem. Mentor and develop junior consultants, ensuring they follow best practices and continuously grow their Salesforce knowledge and skills. Build strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for ongoing support, expansion of services, and potential new business opportunities. Client Support Serve as the main point of contact for technical queries and support during and after the project lifecycle, ensuring client satisfaction. Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting, training, and advising on Salesforce feature adoption and system optimization. Conduct client training sessions on specific Salesforce features to enhance user engagement and platform utilization. Continuously monitor the performance of implemented solutions, proactively addressing any issues and recommending improvements. Risk & Compliance Comply with relevant firm and industry legislation and incorporate into practices and processes as relevant. Report all identified risks and breaches. Comply with relevant WH&S legislation, adhering to reasonable instructions, work procedures, and practices to maintain the health and safety of the team. Report all workplace hazards and incidents. Key Performance Indicators Agreed upon through the performance measurement process with the Managing Partner. Special Conditions Ordinary full-time hours: 37.5 hours per week between 8am – 6pm. On occasion some out of hours work may be required – please note unpaid overtime may also be required on occasions. Selection Criteria Skills/Knowledge/Experience Proven expertise in Salesforce platform capabilities, particularly in Experience Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio. Strong experience in leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects, from requirements gathering to post-launch support. Excellent understanding of Salesforce best practices, architecture, and integration techniques. Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex business needs and provide innovative solutions. Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience in conducting client workshops, training sessions, and user adoption programs to enhance Salesforce utilization. Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello). Ability to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
