Senior Solution Consultant – Melbourne or Sydney Full-Time $150,000 – $160,000 About the Role We have joined forces with a growing Salesforce partner to help find a Senior Salesforce Consultant with expertise in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and Einstein Analytics to drive the implementation of cutting-edge Salesforce solutions in the insurance industry. This role focuses on bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful deployment of Salesforce functionalities tailored to the unique challenges of the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities Consulting and Solution Design:Work closely with insurance clients to identify business challenges and recommend Salesforce-based solutions, leveraging Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) and Einstein Analytics.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and solution designs.Develop prototypes and demos to showcase the value of proposed Salesforce solutions.Salesforce Industries Expertise:Configure Salesforce Industries modules, including OmniStudio, CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), and Policy Administration, to align with client requirements.Demonstrate the use of Salesforce Industries insurance-specific capabilities to address industry challenges such as underwriting, claims processing, and policy management.Einstein Analytics:Design intuitive dashboards and analytics solutions using Einstein Analytics to enable actionable insights for insurance operations.Assist in building predictive models for use cases like risk assessment, claims forecasting, and customer retention.Client Engagement and Support:Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through Salesforce implementation and adoption processes.Deliver presentations and training sessions to ensure clients fully understand and maximize the value of their Salesforce investment.Collaboration and Teamwork:Partner with technical teams to ensure seamless execution of the solution, including development, testing, and deployment.Support pre-sales activities by preparing solution demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and contributing to project scoping.Continuous Improvement and Innovation:Stay updated on Salesforce releases and industry trends, particularly those impacting the insurance sector.Suggest innovative approaches to improve business processes and customer experiences using Salesforce.Skills and Qualifications Technical and Domain Expertise:5+ years of experience working with Salesforce, including significant exposure to Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).Proficiency in configuring and demonstrating Salesforce Industries modules such as OmniStudio and CPQ.Hands-on experience with Einstein Analytics, including building dashboards and implementing predictive analytics.Strong understanding of insurance business processes like policy administration, claims management, and underwriting.Certifications:Salesforce Industries CPQ Developer/Designer Certification (preferred).Salesforce Einstein Analytics and Discovery Consultant Certification (preferred).Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certifications (Mandatory).Soft Skills:Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.Client-focused approach with a knack for building long-lasting relationships.To be considered for this role you must have Vlocity experience working within the insurance industry.
