You'll collaborate cross-functionally to drive the discovery, design, and execution of Salesforce solutions that align with client business goals and industry best practices.What you"ll be doing:Lead Discovery & Design Workshops: Engage clients in collaborative sessions to capture requirements, understand business objectives, and outline solution specifications.Bridge Business and Technical Needs: Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the technical team, ensuring clarity and alignment.Delivery: Work closely with Project Managers, Consultants, and Developers to deliver solutions on time and within budget.Design: Collaborate with Solution and Technical Architects, as well as other team members, to contribute to the design of solutions.Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Conduct regular solution reviews with stakeholders, handle escalations, and ensure design and delivery meet client expectations.Champion Best Practices: Use your Salesforce expertise and consultative approach to guide clients on the most effective strategies and solutions for their business.Support Pre-Sales Activities: Collaborate with the sales team to provide insight and expertise on new business development and project scoping.About YouProven Consulting Experience: You have a solid track record of delivering Salesforce projects in a consulting environment, managing the end-to-end project lifecycle.Customer-Centric Mindset: You're a skilled communicator, adept at building strong client relationships and confidently engaging with senior stakeholders.Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including hands-on configuration experience.
