Roles and Responsibilities Managing all aspects of Salesforce development including configuration, customisation and implementation of applications. Developing end to end Salesforce solutions using Force.com APEX Class, Triggers, Visualforce pages, components etc. Integrating applications with salesforce leveraging SOAP/REST based solutions. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in Salesforce that support business requirements and processes for continuous improvement. Turning the solution design by Solution Architects and Technical Architects into a configured solution that meets the acceptance criteria. Maintain alignment with Salesforce development best practices Nature of work is predominantly in Agile scrum teams, you'll be building out complex business processes using native Salesforce technology and platform. You will be involved in all phases of the project lifecycle - from low-level design and development through to deployment and post-production support. Required Skills & Capabilities 6-8 years of experience across multi-cloud Salesforce platforms and fluent in Apex. Extensive experience developing custom Apex Classes and Apex Triggers. Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and customisation ( Standard & Custom Objects, User Setup, Profiles & Roles, Process Automation, Reports & Dashboards etc.) Experienced in Salesforce Lightning. Extensive hands-on experience in developing Salesforce Lightning components like Lightning App Builder, Lightning Web Components and AURA Components. Firm understanding of Salesforce Governor limits, limit monitoring, and best-practices for limit-informed development. Experience developing Visualforce pages, Visualforce components and Customer Controllers. Extensive hands-on experience in Visualforce, Apex Classes/Controllers, Apex Triggers development experience, web services development and or experience with Salesforce API, Metadata and other APIs (REST, SOAP). Experience creating Workflow, process builder and Approval process Experience with developing data models within Salesforce. Good experience of SOQL (Salesforce Object Query Language) and SOSL (Salesforce Object Search Language) Experience with Salesforce DX (Salesforce CLI, Scratch Orgs), Atlassian Devops toolset (JIRA/Bitbucket etc) and VS code to manage the application lifecycle Experienced in web technologies including CSS, HTML, JSON, XML, JS, AJAX Strong understanding of OOP, coding best practices and GIT version control system Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
