$140,000 – $160,000 + super On the back of winning one of the largest government projects in Queensland, this fast-growing local Salesforce partner is looking for a senior consultant to work with their public sector and enterprise customers on a variety of Salesforce projects end to end, from scoping through to deployment.

In this role you will lead requirements gathering workshops, develop and design functional documentation including business processes, user stories, and data models, set up UAT and be the conduit between the business and technical teams. This is a hands-on role where you will need to perform high-level configuration and integration of third-party applications on the platform.

The right person will need good communication and time management skills. You will work closely with customers to understand priorities and plan each project accordingly.

Your Responsibilities: Lead the complete technical implementation of Salesforce projects from start to finish. Manage projects independently or collaborate within teams to identify business challenges and convert them into actionable solutions across various industries. Evaluate customer processes and design tailored Salesforce solutions to address their needs. Gather and document functional requirements comprehensively. Conduct workshops for clients, fostering enduring relationships with stakeholders. Customize Salesforce functionalities to align with business needs. To be successful in this role: 5+ years of Salesforce experience – preferably in consulting Experienced running workshops to gathering requirements Write user stories, and prepare solution design documents Comfortable with configuration on the platform If you are looking to boost your consulting career and take more of a leadership role on projects, this is the opportunity for you.
