Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

Relevant experience 10 + yrs. with 6 + yrs experience in Travel Domain is must.·Responsible for determining, documenting, and communicating the functional requirements for software products to meetbusinessobjectives.·Identify requirements by working with the Product Owner and clients utilizing interviews, documentanalysis, client focus groups,businessprocess descriptions, use cases, scenarios, tasks and workflowanalysis·Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.·Translate high-level user needs into detailed Use cases and then assist in the development of enhancements by providing guidance to technical staff on the implementation of the requirements·Create and own functional specifications for new and/or enhanced system development.·Hold functional specification review sessions with cross-functional team members for review of requirements.
