Join Us and Make an Impact. We are seeking a Senior Sales Support Coordinator - Access Control to join our BA team based out of Baulkham Hills, NSW office.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our sales operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our sales team. You will be accountable for coordinating and implementing sales processes, analyzing sales data, and providing facilitation to the sales team to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate and implement sales processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectivenessAnalyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvementFacilitate the sales team by providing necessary tools, resources, and informationWork with cross-functional teams to address sales process gaps and opportunitiesAssist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiativesImplement Honeywell's environmental policies and procedures, minimize resource waste, and actively participate in initiatives that reduce environmental impact Key Experience, Qualifications and Capabilities Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related fieldExcellent organizational and coordination abilitiesProficiency in using CRM software and sales toolsKnowledge of sales processes and methodologiesAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
