Join us as a Senior Service Sales Specialist for the Process Automation Business area where you will handle sales of products, systems, and services within a designated market in accordance with service sales strategy. Working with existing clients, building long term customer relationships and managing resolution to specific customer needs and issues. Identify and develop sales opportunities across Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and New South Wales.This position reports to the Service Sales Manager and is based in Notting Hill, Australia.
Your responsibilitiesSelling products, systems, and services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for Energy Industries Business AreaEstablishing and maintaining effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of full product, systems, and services offering, and align to provide a solution. Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales processPrepare account plans using company tools. Performing regular status reviews and growing existing accounts with value added offeringsCreating added value for the customer and ABB and ensuring the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniquesCommunicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)Ensuring efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customersIdentifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaborationPrepare and present offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.
