Position: Senior Sales Specialist - Dow Construction Chemicals
Primary Location: Melbourne (AUS), Victoria, Australia

Dow ANZ is hiring a senior sales specialist to help manage our existing accounts as well as help develop new business opportunities in the area of construction products. In this position you are accountable for non-selling processes and tasks inherent in the sales process. This includes generating leads, managing sales analytics, being the first port of call for technical issues, and providing support on the phone to customers.
Responsibilities / DutiesMaintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.Understand the customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer's organization.Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value. Develop the sales plan aligned to the marketing plan in coordination with other functions.Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.Collect and utilize market intelligence to shape the sales plan. Analyze data to make decisions about new product development.Lead and conduct negotiations and develop and implement price strategies aligned with business goals considering legal implications, customs regulations, and Dow sales processes.Collaborate with other functions and stakeholders to improve customer experience.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree, fluency in English, strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in the Construction Chemicals industry is a plus.Benefits – What Dow offers you Dow invests in total rewards programs to help you manage all aspects of you: your pay, your health, your life, your future, and your career.
