With a client roster including industry giants and a focus on launching new, transformative brands, they're seeking top talent to drive their market expansion.Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Representative to join our team remotely. This role is tailored for professionals with a proven track record in sales within the construction, interior design, architecture, or related industries. You will allocate time strategically across multiple brands to drive global sales, foster relationships with key industry stakeholders, and manage long sales cycles. This is a senior role that requires a self-motivated individual capable of working independently without daily supervision, with the ability to hit the ground running and take full ownership of sales targets and processes from day one.Compensation & Growth:40 hours per week.Competitive salary, with additional remuneration on a commission basis for exceeding sales targets consistently.Opportunities for professional growth within a small, high-performing team where individual contributions have a significant impact.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy Execution: Allocate time effectively across our various brands to achieve balanced sales efforts.Lead Generation & Outreach: Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling and email campaigns, to identify and engage potential clients in the interior design, textile, and fit-out contractor sectors.Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with designers, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client experiences and repeat business.Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.Market Research: Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and maintain a strong understanding of the interior design and construction industries.CRM Management: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback in the CRM system.Collaboration: Partner with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on sales strategies and deliver consistent messaging across all channels.Post-Sales Engagement: Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and foster long-term relationships.Requirements:Proven success in B2B sales, with particular experience in the construction, interior design, or architecture industries.Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts effectively.Experience managing long sales cycles and relationship-based sales processes.Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools, with an ability to manage data efficiently.Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with global acoustic and construction industries is highly desirable.Self-motivated and capable of working independently without supervision in a remote environment.
