Your background should demonstrate a deep understanding of the intricacies involved in these builds, including the complexities of custom designs and premium finishes.Sales Estimation Expertise: You will primarily focus on sales estimations, so strong experience in this area is crucial. You should have a proven track record of accurately pricing projects during the sales phase, ensuring proposals align with client expectations while maintaining profitability.Proficiency in Databuild Software: Expertise in Databuild is essential for this role. You must be comfortable navigating the software to manage estimates, create accurate bills of quantities, and track project costs.Team Collaboration: You will work closely with various departments, including sales, design, and construction teams. Strong communication and teamwork skills are vital to ensure that estimates are aligned with project goals and client needs.Role Responsibilities:Accuracy in Bills of Quantities: Ensure that bills of quantities are complete and accurate, reflecting all materials and labor required for each project.Control Offsets: Maintain precise control over offsets to prevent recurring issues in estimation processes. You will need to identify and rectify errors swiftly to ensure efficiency.Negotiation and Price Management: Negotiate competitive rates for materials and labour.
