About the role We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives within the grain handling and storage sector.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the agricultural industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.
Responsibilities • Strategy Development: • Create and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the grain handling and storage market across Australia.
• Sales Management: • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve sales targets while promoting a culture of high performance and accountability.
• Client Relationships: • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Knowledge: • Stay updated on company products and services and provide training and support to the sales team as needed.
• Budget Management: • Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize return on investment.
• Administration: • Produce customer quotations specifically designed
