$120,000 – $140,000 per year, plus commission
As LK Auto's senior truck sales, you will be pivotal in driving new business development and achieving ambitious sales targets for the organization. This includes promoting and selling a range of new trucks to businesses and individual customers while building a great understanding of our client's needs and fostering long-lasting customer relationships. This full-time position is based in Prestons, NSW.
What you'll be doing Proactively identify and secure new sales opportunities through prospecting and networkingBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutionsPrepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations and proposalsCollaborate with other teams and departments to deliver an exceptional integrated customer experienceContinuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunitiesMeet and exceed individual and team sales targetsProvide feedback and input to improve sales processes and strategiesWhat we're looking for A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the truck and truck-related industry, exclusively within this field.Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong commercial acumen and ability to understand and address client needsInnovative and strategic mindset with a focus on delivering resultsCollaborative team player with capacity for both autonomy and cooperationResilience and determination to overcome challenges and drive successWhat we offer
