You will be a leader on the sales floor and have strong internal relationships, while constantly developing and maintaining strong relationships with key agencies across all relevant functions and clients alike.You will work within a fast-paced, high-performing and energetic sales team who push boundaries and lead the media industry.Responsibilities include:Deliver on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Revenue targetsDevelop year on year retention strategiesEnsure key client/agency regular WIPs are conductedEnsure regular Nine Radio Updates are provided to each of your agency contactsPresent relevant insights, product launches and innovative solutions to each of agencies and clients (New & Existing)Creating targeted advertising schedules across all channels based on briefs & pro-actives received from clients or advertising agenciesWork closely with our Powered team to deliver new and relevant opportunities for brandsFacilitate the sale of program sponsorships, sports sponsorships and spot packagesQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have:5+ years media experience, preferably within SalesExcellent communication, relationship and account management skillsProven ability of delivering revenue success and forecastingStrong analytical skills, ability to understand revenue trends and use data to influence sales strategyHighly organised with exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesStrong Excel and PowerPoint skillsAbility to build presentations from scratch and present to all sizes of groupsProven ability to go above and beyond in your role with thought leadership and internal proactivity, demonstrating leadership across the sales floorProven track record of successful onboarding and retention and development of support staffAdditional InformationOur Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion:At Nine, we are committed to fostering a workforce that embraces all aspects of diversity and inclusion and where practices are equitable to ensure our people experience a sense of belonging.
