We are seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Executive to spearhead their growth strategy, nurture key client relationships, and drive revenue across new markets.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and has a proven track record of exceeding targets.
What You'll Do: New Market Development: Identify untapped markets, segments, and channels suitable for their innovative coating solutions. Client Relationships: Cultivate and sustain meaningful connections with key clients, understanding and meeting their needs. Revenue Generation: Set and surpass sales targets through strategic prospecting, presentations, and deal closures. Strategic Expansion: Work with leadership to strategize and implement market entry and growth plans, with an emphasis on sustainability. Expert Product Knowledge: Master our clients product line, communicating benefits and innovations effectively. Feedback Loop: Leverage customer insights to enhance product development and innovation. Sales Analytics: Keep meticulous records of sales activities to assess and report on performance metrics.
