Job Overview: We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive who will be a crucial driver of new business within our dynamic growth phase, fuelled by recent capital investment. In this role, you'll play an influential role in steering company strategy with the insights you gather from the field. You will find yourself in a position offering significant earning potential and working within a high-energy, entrepreneurial environment. Your remit will be broad, engaging with a variety of client needs and contributing to the provision of top-tier managed IT solutions. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who values the opportunity to solve complex IT challenges for customers, including those in remote regions that our business specialises in serving. Key Responsibilities: Drive new business development, focusing on strategic opportunities that align with our company's expansion goals. Formulate and execute strategic sales plans that clearly articulate the value of our IT services. Build high-level relationships within various industries to create and secure new partnerships. Develop and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to potential clients. Navigate complex sales cycles with the aim of exceeding sales goals. Keep informed on industry trends to remain a trusted advisor to clients. Essential Qualifications: Demonstrable sales achievements within the IT MSP sector, particularly in developing new business. Capability to impact company strategy through insightful sales and market analysis. Superior communication and negotiation skills, with a record of closing significant deals. Dynamic and proactive in business development and client acquisition. Well-versed in current IT solutions, including cloud computing, IT security, and network infrastructure.
