OUR CLIENT: This award-winning builder is looking for a Sales Estimator who enjoys a fast-paced and results-driven environment, to join a team focused on high-end KDR & Custom builds.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
You will play a key role operating as a Sales Estimator in the development of pricing for high-end homes across Melbourne.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
Assess new sales for compliance with company standards and policies.Ensure current and correct documentation is utilized at all times.Reconcile pricing against deposit dates.Identify solutions to achieve customer's design requests whilst complying with company design guidelines.Develop & maintain methods for capturing accurate information relating to calculation of site costs.Ensure sales estimates are compliant and satisfy all building codes, energy efficiency requirements, developer guidelines, and local authority requirements.Ensure margins are maintained at pre-determined company benchmarks.Ensure quality, accuracy, consistency, and completeness of quotations and costings.Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders while working closely with the Sales Team.SKILLS REQUIRED: Demonstrated experience (minimum 2 years) in a Sales Estimating role or similar in the Residential industry.Experience in software: DataBuild / Office / ClickHome.Your experience should include sales estimating for Knock Down rebuilds OR senior sales estimator in a volume capacity.Ability to proactively drive outcomes working collaboratively with both internal & external stakeholders.Strong understanding of workflow stages.Understanding of the Victorian Residential Construction Market.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A strong eye for detail with an analytical approach.Diploma of Building or equivalent tertiary qualification is advantageous.BENEFITS: Work for an industry-leading homebuilder.Competitive salary and incentives.Opportunity to join a builder with multiple successful facets of the business.1 day work from Home.CBD located, close to public transport.Strong focus on company culture | Regular social catch-ups.If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' or call Whitney directly on 0413 176 636 for a confidential discussion.
