The Opportunity
As a Senior Sales Development Representative (Senior Legal Coordinator), you'll play a crucial role in our client acquisition process.
You will:
Manage multiple inbound sales channels (email, live chat, inbound phones, and web leads)Qualify and triage potential clients, showcasing your deep understanding of their needsBook discovery meetings with our Business Development ManagersRe-engage with cool leads in our database to determine if they are now qualified and to get them booked inEnsure our first impression is always exceptional, providing a top-tier customer experience a client would expect when engaging a 5* law firmThis role is perfect for a sales professional with 1-2+ years experience in an inbound sales role or fast-paced client success role, and who is looking to elevate their career.
