We're a unique Investment Firm looking for an experienced, agile and highly motivated Senior Sales Consultant with strong influence and sales experience to work across our educational business in real estate investment and development.
The Senior Sales Consultant role is the perfect opportunity for someone who lives and breathes a passion for property and developing deep relationships.
The successful candidate will have a great understanding of one to one selling, appointment setting, and have enthusiasm for producing best-in-class work.
You will be responsible for assisting the lead trainer in closing enrolments into our proprietary coaching and education program, which teaches property investors all about small scale real estate strategies and how to build a property portfolio of 6 or more properties in 5 years or less.
You don't need to have prior property experience or knowledge, although it would be a benefit if you have worked in the industry before.
The Senior Sales Consultant will have a consistent stream of leads supplied to them by the business and will have a positive attitude towards thriving in a paid-on performance environment.
The role is a commission only based position, with a three month retainer of $3,000 per month to get you going.
You will be an integral part of a small, growing team working directly with the Managing Director and well supported both through our team and our agencies and consultants. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a can-do, positive attitude.
Located in Camberwell, VIC - this role provides a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a fast-growing set of businesses.
The Responsibilities: Host one-on-one 30 minute appointments, following a 90 minute Masterclass on Real Estate Investment.Learn the skill of having an in-depth conversation about a prospect's situation, and what their next move looks like in property.Enroll new members into our core, high ticket foundational program.Follow up attendees who did not book in a one-on-one call and set appointments.The Requirements: 1-2+ years in a similar sales roleFormal sales training in previous rolesStrong knowledge and understanding of selling one to oneExperience working with a teamExceptional communication skillsYou have a natural confidence to work across functions, to grow strong relationships and lead by example.Quick adaptability to learn the product and express its benefits.The Extra Details: A few perks:
