As a Senior Sales Associate, the purpose of your role is to assist in leading the Sales Associates to provide quality customer service, keep your store looking great, and deliver the ultimate EB Experience. This includes supporting the management team with store operations such as merchandising, inventory control, and staff development to ensure the store is running efficiently and achieving maximum sales and KPI results.
In this role you will be responsible for:
Achieving sales and KPI targets Maintaining in-depth and accurate knowledge of products and current promotions Assisting with day-to-day store operations Maintaining the store's appearance and organisation to a high standard Inventory control and loss prevention Assisting with team coaching and development Embracing and upholding our Ethos values of Family, Integrity, Vitality, Vision, Accountability, Recognition, and Sustainability. This role is part-time and offers approximately 20 hours per week. Please note that this is a fixed term arrangement, from November 3rd 2024 to January 4th 2025.
