Our Senior Sales Associate / 3IC will need to support Boutique Management to ensure operations run smoothly and standards and policies are always met.In this role, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, providing impeccable customer service, building client relationships, and growing the boutique's client list.As a Luxury Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering an extraordinary client experience, helping customers discover and select their perfect pieces. Step into the world of timeless elegance with one of the most prestigious names in luxury jewellery, located in the heart of Perth's CBD.Sales Associates: Engage with travellers from around the world, showcasing a diverse range of products, from luxury goods to exclusive finds. Serve as a role model for Sales Associates by showcasing exceptional client service, selling techniques, and product knowledge to enhance performance.Demonstrate enthusiasm in achieving sales targets and KPIs. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure both personal and store sales targets are achieved.Minimum Requirements:Experience in a similar retail sales role.Exceptional client service and selling techniques.Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
