The Role Working alongside the Sales and Marketing Manager on function and event leads and conversions from initial concept development to event planning, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiencesConduct site inspections, client follow-ups and liaison, creating detailed event orders, floorplans and post event evaluations.Work co-operatively with event operations and kitchen teams regarding handing over of functions to ensure seamless delivery.Working directly with preferred suppliers and fostering successful partnershipsBuild on client networks, relationships and opportunities to promote functions and events at both Zoo's.Provide a unique and unforgettable service to customers and clients.Manage communication channels to ensure team effectiveness and efficiency.Assist with social media, website and digital promotion of functions.The Person A proven track record in event sales and planning.
