Senior Sales Administrator

THE ROLE

In this fast-paced role, we can guarantee you that no two days will ever be the same. You'll be responsible for:

Supporting a high performing Principal and agents alongside other Sales Administrators Preparing sales campaigns and implementation, meeting all deadlinesPreparation of PO Form 6's, Contracts, Commercial Tenancy Agreements, Information Memorandums, Vendor ReportingLiaising with clients, solicitors, and other professional consultantsPreparation and Coordination of property marketing activities with internal & external stakeholders;Liaising professionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the needs of the team and clients are communicated effectively and client outcomes are achieved at the highest standardResponding to and following up enquiries End to end Contracts Administration (Offer through to Settlement)

Requirements

Real estate administration experience requiredCurrent Real Estate Certificate of Registration for QLD Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities & multi-task Ability to manage multiple deadlines with ease High attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office/Google Suites Excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and as part of a teamStrong work ethic and ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
