Property ManagerWe are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual, that has strong attention to detail and great communication skills. This person must be a team player, have a great work attitude and be well presented. A current Drivers License and Certificate of Registration is required. The successful applicant must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
You will be responsible for executing best in class property and facilities services through the day-to-day contribution to the operations of a portfolio of assets whilst providing our clients with a superior level of service. The successful applicant will be required to be flexible and will be available to work a 1 in 2 rotational Saturday morning.
As Property Manager, you will primarily focus on building successful relationships with renters, owners and contractors. You will be required to use your in-depth experience in planning and managing properties, along with excellent communication skills to foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
