Promote compliance with SWC standards, client specifications, and relevant legislation.Key Accountabilities :Ensure compliance with Seymour Whyte policies, procedures, and training, staying current with relevant updates.Mentor and guide site personnel to enhance workplace health and safety.Assist in developing and maintaining systems, plans, procedures, and strategies in collaboration with the Project Manager.Conduct site inspections and audits, providing feedback and recommendations to improve safety.Identify safety risks and opportunities, offering timely solutions and advice on injury rehabilitation and return-to-work issues.The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience :7+ years of experience in a similar role within the Civil / Construction industry or related field.Minimum diploma in OHS.Ability to develop a good rapport with site staff (including Leading Hands, Supervisors, labourers, subcontractors, Site Managers, etc.
